Master Class on Lean Organization, in cooperation with Reviviscar

The main theme of this course is quite simple and clear: how to reduce costs, increase profitability and at the same time improve customer service. We will deal with the methods and techniques of lean organization as well as with more innovative subjects like that of planning in a lean environment and work team management in a lean transformation project.In the last half a day of the master class participants will experience a real lean journey visiting a lean factory in the Veneto Region.
